BOOKING POLICIES

  • For bridal or group bookings, a signed contract is required with a 50% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of the grand total that goes toward your services on the day of your event at the time of signing. Please be advised that a date and the services of YA Beauty Artistry will only be reserved once a signed contract and deposit are received. The deposit will be deducted from the event day total amount due.

  • Bookings work on a first come first serve basis with a deposit and a signed contract given.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time. Rates are only guaranteed if it is officially confirmed by YA BEAUTY ARTISTRY or if a deposit has been received for your services.

  • Once the deposit is accepted, services cannot be deducted from the invoice. Doing so will result in a loss of the deposit that you paid towards those specific service(s) you are wanting for the specific people to have removed. After it has been paid, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances leading up to your event. If time allows and you wish to add services, we will try to be accommodating in this regard given we have the availability to do so.

  • If you or anyone in your party is 20 minutes late (or more) and the artist is left with no one to work on; then the artist may have to cut services to be able to finish on time. The client will then lose out on your appointment and on the deposit given to secure it, or if we are still able to accommodate your booking, a late fee may apply to each client who is late. In this type of situation it is up to the artists discretion depending on their other bookings for that particular day. To avoid this, PLEASE have your entire party present at the start time of your booking.

  • YA BEAUTY ARTISTRY uses only the finest products and tools on clients and ensures that every product and tool is always sanitized before use on each and every client. For this reason YA BEAUTY ARTISTRY cannot be held accountable for any allergic reactions that may occur during or after the makeup application or hair styling caused by products. We suggest a trial to test that the ingredients in our products agree with you.

  • If a wedding is being forced to cancel or if YA BEAUTY ARTISTRY is forced to stop performing services due to a state of emergency including but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, government regulations, or global pandemic then we will grant a complete date transfer, pending availability for the new date. Should we not be available on your new date, a credit will be issued in the amount of the initial retainer. Cancellation costs may be associated.

  • All photos taken by YA BEAUTY ARTISTRY or the photographer on the day of the wedding may be used for promotional use (e.g social media, website, portfolio). You can however request no photos be taken if you do not want your photo used.

  • For locations outside of Windsor Essex County, there will be a small travel fee.

  • Time Frame: We will provide you with a timeline based on the timeframe (first available starting time to the time need to be ready by) that was provided in the contract. The timeframe is a guideline that is used for YA BEAUTY Artistry to schedule the requested services for your big day. The timeframe in the contract is not a commitment from YA BEAUTY Artistry to be on site from the beginning to the end of the timeframe unless explicitly identified in the timeline provided by YA BEAUTY Artistry. If there is a certain time that it is required for YA BEAUTY Artistry and its representatives to be on site, it is the responsibility of the client to communicate with YA BEAUTY Artistry before booking.
