Yes! We travel within the Windsor Essex county region with NO travel fee. Anywhere outside of this area, a small travel fee will be applied.

Δ DO YOU OFFER AIRBRUSH MAKEUP APPLICATION?

Yes, we do provide airbrush makeup as well as traditional HD makeup application. The airbrush equipment and airbrush makeup are from one of the top airbrush brands. As is the same with traditional makeup, it will last long hours, and give flawless results.

Δ WHAT'S AIRBRUSH?

Airbrush makeup application uses compressed air to gently spray foundation across your skin using specially designed foundation cartridges or formula that fit into an airbrush device.

YA Artistry uses silicone-based airbrush makeup. It provides better coverage and lasts longer than water-based or mineral-based airbrush makeup. In addition to the long-lasting feature, there are more benefits of silicone base makeup; it is water resistant so even if you tear up or sweat on your special day, your makeup will stay. It is also lightweight, natural looking, and closely mimics skin’s natural texture for a flawless, beautiful finish.

Δ HOW LONG DOES MAKEUP APPLICATON TAKE?

It varies from 45minutes to 1.5hours depending on the type of makeup look. However, in general, makeup applications are scheduled for 1 hour. It may take less time, but 1 hour would be allocated per person to ensure proper application with no rush or hurry.

Δ WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash, e-transfer, and credit card payments. Transaction fee will be applied when pay with credit card.

Δ DO YOU OFFER BRIDAL TRIALS? WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF THE TRAIL?

Absolutely! We do offer bridal trials and highly recommend it for the bride! It will take place in studio, and will take up to 2 hours including personal consultation.

During the trial, we will discuss and get to know your desired makeup style and colours. With a trial, it will also allow you to wear the makeup for the day and see how it feels and holds up in preparation for your big day. On your wedding day, we would already have the look nailed down and everything will be a breeze!

Δ HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY TRIAL?

You can have the trial any time works best for you and your artist's schedule. However, we recommend to have the trial 2-12 weeks prior to your special day so we can make sure that your skin complexion and skin tone will be similar from the trial. This will also give you some time before the trial to think about the look you are truly looking to achieve for your wedding.

Our artist will consult with you during the trial, and give suggestions and advices to help you create a look that bring the best out of you. However it is very curial that the bride also does some research and get an idea of your preferred style. It will help the artist to understand your preference, it will also increase your satisfaction of the look later on.

Δ CAN I BOOK A TRIAL PRIOR TO BOOKING THE WEDDING DAY SERVICES?

Yes, you can. However, please understand that dates fill up quickly during peak wedding season and we are unfortunately unable to reserve your date before or after the trial without a deposit and signed contract.

The best way to help you make a decision is to book regular makeup service for any other occasion (ie. engagement photo, bridal shower, birthday party, etc.) well in advance of your wedding if possible. This will give you the confidence that your makeup will be flawless on your big day. We will also get the chance to know each other better before your wedding.

Δ CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE LARGE WEDDING PARTIES?

Absolutely! We have a team of talented artists that can help with a large size of events to ensure the work is done on time. The largest wedding party we have worked with was 14 people.

Δ CAN I SUPPLY MY OWN FALSE LASHES?

We understand false lashes may be used multiple times if it is cleaned properly. However, used lashes with adhesive and mascara cannot be applied well and it’s not sanitary. If the lashes are out of shape, It may also ruin the makeup look.

Due to sanitary reasons and the risk, we can only apply your lashes if they are brand new ones and the application fee will be free.

If you want to re-use your lashes later, we highly recommend cleaning them, removing the glue from the lashes and your eyes so your eyes can remain safe, healthy and free from infection.

Δ DO YOU PROVIDE PARTIAL MAKEUP SERVICE? IE;JUST EYES,OR JUST FACE?

Yes, I do provide partial makeup application service. However, it will be done in studio or on site for a group of 3 or more.

We use a wide range of good quality products to ensure its high performance for your special event. They will help your makeup last long hours, look great in person and camera, they are also skin friendly, your skin will feel very comfortable with the products.

Main brands that we use in the kit are Makeup Forever, Temptu, Laura Mercier, Urban Decay, Charlotte Tilbury, Hourglass, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Tarte, MAC, Bare Minerals and many other well known brands as well as high quality professional makeup brands.
